Mt. Fuji is Japan’s highest active volcano at 3,776 meters above sea level and located in both Yamanashi and Shizuoka prefectures. It was registered as a World Cultural Heritage site in 2013. Temperatures can go down to minus even in summer, so it is necessary to wear clothes that can cope with the temperature difference.
