Day 1: From Hirogawara to Shiraneoike-hut (2.5km, 3 hours)

Day 2: From Shiraneoike-hut to Kitadake-hut or Kitadake-Katanokoya (8.5km, 8 hours)

Day 3: From Kitadake-hut or Kitadake-Katanokoya to Hirogawara (7km, 6 hours)

We climb Mt. Kitadake, the second highest peak in Japan and Mt. Ainodake, the third highest, and this route is called “The ridge of the sky”. The flowers of Kitadakesou, which can only be seen on Mt. Kitadake in the world, can be seen in late June right after the snow melts.
