Mitsutouge is the collective name for Mt. Kaiun, Mt. Osutaka and Mt. Kinashi. At the summit of the 1785m- high mountain, a splendid view of Lake Kawaguchi and Mt. Fuji is waiting for you.
Since the Heian period (794-1185), it has been customary to purify oneself at Mother’s Waterfall and pray for safety at Kawaguchiasama Shrine before climbing Mt. Fuji. This tour will be a wonderful hiking around the World Heritage component of Mt. Fuji.
